What could you buy for £125million?

Winning £125million on the lottery will set you up for life – provided you spend it wisely.

Let’s take a look at how you could spend that money.

  • King Charles III’s coronation is estimated to have cost £72million. You could hold two royal coronations and still have winnings left over to treat yourself and your mates.
  • According to the RAC, the world’s most expensive car as of September 2025 is the Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire Droptail at £23million. You could buy five of these.
  • A football player: If you (already) owned a football club, you could match the British record transfer fee of £125million for a player after Liverpool signed striker Alexander Isak from Newcastle United in September.
  • You could build the estimated £125million ‘bat tunnel’ being built to protect the winged mammals at risk from HS2.

While only one lucky winner secured all five Euromillions numbers and two lucky stars, seven people managed to match all five numbers and one lucky star. Meanwhile 11 had all five stars.

With two winning numbers, more than 1.3million bagged prizes in the draw and more than 571,700 secured a win with two numbers and one lucky star.

Almost 144,000 players had one number and two lucky stars.

Meanwhile 93,471 people had three numbers.

Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date in the UK.

This means tickets purchased for this draw are valid until Sunday, June 7, 2026.
